مبادئ واستراتيجيات إدارة المواهب في المؤسسة

Résumé: تعتبر إدارة المواهب من بين النقاط الأساسية التي يجب على المؤسسة التركيز عليها و الاهتمام بها من أجل القدرة على مواكبة التطورات العالمية و تحقيق النجاح. لذا حاولنا في هذه الورقة البحثية معرفة مبادئ و استراتيجيات إدارة الموهبة داخل المؤسسة، و ذلك من أجل تحسين و فهم إدارة الموارد البشرية فيها خاصة ما يتعلق بالأفراد الموهوبين. وقد توصلنا من خلال دراستنا هذه إلى ضرورة معرفة التطبيق الجيد لإستراتيجية إدارة المواهب في المؤسسة من أجل استقطاب الموهوبين والمحافظة عليهم وتطوير قدراتهم، بما يخدم أهداف المؤسسة ويدعم تنافسيتها. Abstract : Talent management is one of the main points that the organization must focus on them and attention to them in order to be able to keep pace with global developments and achieve success. In this paper, we have tried to understand the principles and strategies of talent management within the organization, in order to improve and understand the management of human resources, especially with talented individuals. In this study, we have identified the need to know the good application of the talent management strategy in the organization in order to attract and retain talented people and develop their abilities, serving the objectives of the institution and support its competitiveness.
