تأثير الازمة النفطية على البطالة في الجزائر 2014-2017

Résumé: نحاول من خلال هذه الورقة البحثية معرفة تأثير الازمة النفطية صيف 2014 على ظاهرة البطالة في الجزائر لقد أولت الدولة أهمية بالغة لخفض معدلات البطالة عن طريق مختلف سياسات التشغيل وتشجيع الاستثمار وقد اثرت الازمة النفطية في الاقتصاد الوطني ووضعته على المحك والافلاس فقد اثرت على معدلات البطالة بطريقة غير مباشرة من خلال عديد المشاريع والاستثمارات العمومية المجمدة و أثرها على عوامل أخرى كالتضخم والنمو الاقتصادي والموازنة العامة التي تؤثر مباشرة في ظاهرة البطالة وقد أبانت الدراسة القياسية باستعمال اختبار ARDL عن وجود علاقة سببية عكسية بين مداخيل الدولة ومعدلات البطالة في الأجل الطويل فقط.
