Conception Des Diviseurs De Puissance Optique 1x2, 1x3 Et 1x4 À Base Des Cristaux Photoniques
Résumé: This dissertation deals with the design of 1x2, 1x3 and 1x4 power dividers based on photonic crystals. The main objective of our work was to improve the transmission power and reduce the losses due to re-exposure and dispersion having a fair signal on the di erent outputs of the designed divider. For this, we rst of all studied the photonic band gap of this structure in order to develop and optimize the parameters of networks in a wavelength = 1550nm. Then we designed power dividers using RSoft simulator which is based on FDTD and PWE methods. This simulation allowed us to obtain a low transmission power and a very high feedback. In order to achieve the goal of this work, and to ensure the best performance from a power divider new structures are designed by adding one or more structural faults in the power divider distribution area designed and we have analyzed these structures by the FDTD method.After optimizing the main physical parameters of structural defects (DH), the results obtained showed a strong improvement of the total transmission powers around 96% measured in the output ports of the power dividers designed with the insertion of the structural defect ( DH) in the distribution area. In addition, a large reduction in the losses due to rejection and scattering was obtained of less than 3%.
