Résumé: يعد مشكلة التلوث الاشعاعي من أخطر أنواع التلوث البيئي في عصرنا الحاضر، خاصة في ظل الاستخدام الواسع للطاقة النووية وتعدد مجالات هذا الاستخدام، وما يميز خطورة التلوث الاشعاعي خطورته على عناصر البيئة وطابعه الانتشاري، الذي لا يعرف حدود جغرافية ولا سياسية متجاوزا بذلك حدود الاقاليم. ولمجابهة هذا التلوث يجب اتخاذ العديد من التدابير الوقائية للحد من الاستعمال العشوائي للطاقة النووية والمواد المشعة، وذلك من خلال حماية العاملين والجمهور، وأيضا الوقوف على طبيعة الضمانات المتوفرة في القانون والضمانات الاساسية التي يجب مراعاتها من خلال وضع تصميم ملائم للمنشاة النووية، واختيار الموقع ، ومتابعة وصيانة المفاعلات النووية، ووضع خطة طوارئ، واحتياطات الامان ، والوقاية من اخطار المواد والنفايات المشعة. The problem of radioactive pollution is one of the most dangerous types of environmental pollution in our time, especially in light of the widespread use of nuclear energy and the multiplicity of areas of this use, and what distinguishes the seriousness of radioactive pollution is its danger to the elements of the environment and its spreading nature, which knows no geographical or political boundaries beyond the borders of the regions. In order to confront this pollution, many preventive measures must be taken to limit the indiscriminate use of nuclear energy and radioactive materials, by protecting workers and the public, and also identifying the nature of the guarantees available in the law and the basic guarantees that must be taken into account by developing an appropriate design for the nuclear facility, selecting the site, and following up And maintenance of nuclear reactors, development of an emergency plan, safety precautions, and protection from the dangers of radioactive materials and waste.
