أثر القيادة الأخلاقية على الالتزام التنظيمي في المؤسسات " دراسة ميدانية بكلية العلوم الاقتصادية والعلوم التجارية وعلوم التسيير- بجامعة ورقلة"

Résumé: THE Objetive of this study is to know the impat of ethical leadership on the organizational connitment,among the teachers at the Faculty of Economics and Commercial Sciences and Management Sciences – University of Ouargla. Using descriptive to describe the study variables theoretically and in thefield and the experimental method for its reievanceto the( IMRAD) methodoiogy, The questionnaire wasused a it was distributed to a sample of 96 professors in the institution under study, using the statistical software package SPSS.V26 to enter and process data. The study reached several results, the most important of which is the availability of the dimensions of both variables in the institution under study to a high degree, with a direct correlation and a relationship of moral influence between them through the dimensions of the moral leadership represented by the two dimensions (teamwork, exercise of organizational justice), with no differences between the average responses of the respondents about organizational commitment depending on demographic variables (gender, age, seniority, job rank).
