واقع جودة الخدمة السياحية في المؤسسة الفندقية دراسة ميدانية حول أراء زبائن فندق ميرادور في ولاية الشلف

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن واقع جودة الخدمات السياحية وأبعادها بالمؤسسة الفندقية المقدمة من طرف فندق "ميرادور " بولاية الشلف، ومن أجل هذا الغرض فقد اعتمدنا على دراسة ميدانية جمعت فيها البيانات من خلال إستبيان يضم 19 فقرة وضمن هذا الصدد فقد شملت الدراسة عينة متكونة من 30 فردا الذين قدموا للمؤسسة السياحية "ميرادور". وقد توصلت الدراسة الحالية لعدة نتائج من بينها: - أن لجودة الخدمات السياحية دور مهم في تحقيق نجاح والتميز للمؤسسات السياحية؛ - يوجد تطبيق للأبعاد الخمسة لجودة الخدمات المقدمة من طرف الفندق ميرادور حسب رأي غالبية الزبائن؛ - يوجد ترابط بين أبعاد جودة الخدمات السياحية في فندق "ميرادور". This study aims to reveal the reality of the quality and dimensions of tourism services in the hotel establishment provided by the "Mirador" hotel in the state of Chlef, For this purpose, we relied on a field study in which data were collected through a 19-item questionnaire. Within this regard, the study included a sample of 30 individuals who came to the tourist establishment "Mirador". The current study has reached several results, including: - that the quality of tourism services has an important role in achieving success and excellence for tourism institutions; - There is an application of the five dimensions of the quality of services provided by the Mirador hotel, according to the opinion of the majority of customers; - There is a correlation between the dimensions of the quality of tourism services in the "Mirador" hotel.
