Résumé: يهدف هذا البحث إلى بيان أن حماية التنوع البيولوجي، أضحت أهم التحديات التي تواجه الدول في عصرنا الحديث، نتيجة للأضرار الكبيرة التي سببها الاستغلال المفرط للموارد، كالصيد الجائر، الرعي العشوائي، حرق الغابات والتوسع العمراني، وجميعها أسباب بشرية تمس بسلامة الموارد البيولوجية، مما نتج عنه تصادم بين مقصدين هما السعي لضمان توازن الكيان البيئي وحفظ التنوع البيولوجي لأجل تحقيق تنمية مستدامة، حيث توصلنا إلى جملة نتائج أهمها أن التنوع البيولوجي يشمل كافة التراكيب النباتية والحيوانية رغم تعدد وتنوع مجالاتها حيث أن سلامتها هو سر سلامة البيئة عامة وحفضها من التآكل. This research aims to show that the protection of biodiversity has become the most important challenge facing countries in our modern era, due to the damage caused by the excessive exploitation of resources, and all human causes. that affects the integrity of biological resources, which resulted in a collision between two objectives, namely the pursuit to ensure the balance of the environmental entity and the preservation of biodiversity in order to achieve sustainable development.
