معوقات تنمية مهارات التفكير الإبداعي لدى طلبة مرحلة المتوسط من وجهة نظر الأستاذ والطالب "دراسة ميدانية على عينة من الأساتذة والطلبة بمتوسطة أحمد هرويني – بولاية غرداية"

Résumé: تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على أهم معوقات تنمية مهارات التفكير الإبداعي لدى طلبة مرحلة المتوسط من وجهة نظر كل من الأستاذ والطالب، والمرتبطة بالمجالات الآتية: المعوقات المتعلقة بالطلبة أنفسهم، المعوقات المتعلقة بالأستاذ، المعوقات المتعلقة بالمنهج الدراسي والمعوقات المتعلقة بالبيئة التعليمية، تكونت العينة من (42)أستاذ، (78) طالب بمرحلة المتوسط، يتم اختيارهم بالطريقة العشوائية، استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي، وتبنّت مقياس "سيسي احاندو"(2017) المتكون من (45) فقرة، ومن بين النتائج المتوصل إليها، هي: أن أهم معوقات تنمية مهارات التفكير الإبداعي لدى طلبة مرحلة المتوسط تمثلت في: تسرع الطلبة إلى الحكم على الأفكار دون بذل الجهد في توليدها، وتعودهم على الحفظ واستدعاء المعلومات وإهمال التركيز، قلة الخبرات العلمية والتربوية لدى المعلم إضافة إلى ضعف إلمامه بالطرائق التي تشجع على التفكير الإبداعي، طول المحتوى الدراسي، وقصر الوقت، وعدم وجود خطة زمنية محددة لقيام الطلبة بالأنشطة التعليمية، كثافة الفصول الدراسية بالطلبة مما تحد من استخدام طرائق التدريس التي تنمي الإبداع. Abstract: The present study aimed to identify the most important obstacles to the development of the creative thinking skills among students of the intermediate stage from the point of view of the Professor and student, associated with the following areas: Obstacles on the students themselves, the obstacles relating to the professor, the obstacles on the curriculum and obstacles related to the educational environment, The sample consisted from (42) professors, (78) students at the intermediate stage, chosen randomly. The researcher used the descriptive approach. She adopted the "Sissi Ahando" scale (2017) consisting of (45) items, and among the results reached, are: The most important obstacles to developing creative thinking skills for students of the Intermediate stage are the acceleration of students to judge ideas without exerting effort to generate them, and accustom them to memorizing, recalling information, neglecting focus, lack of scientific and educational experiences of the Professor, in addition to the weak knowledge of the methods that encourage creative thinking, The length of the academic content, the short time and the absence of a specific time plan for students to carry out educational activities, density classroom for students, which limits the use of teaching methods that develop creativity.
