دور الصكوك الإسلامية في تمويل مشاريع البنى التحتية- مطار الملك عبد العزيز الدولي الجديد بجدة أنموذجا The Role Of Islamic Sukuk In Financing Infrastructure Projects- The New King Abdulaziz International Airport In Jeddah As A Model

Résumé: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على دور الصكوك الإسلامية كأحد الآليات الحديثة لتمويل مشاريع البنى التحتية، وذلك من خلال التطرق إلى الجوانب المفاهيمية للبنى التحتية والصكوك الإسلامية، إضافة إلى استعراض التجربة السعودية في تمويل مشروع مطار الملك عبد العزيز الجديد بجدة عن طريق الصكوك الإسلامية، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن الصكوك الإسلامية تلعب دورا مهما ومؤثرا في توفير التمويل اللازم لمشاريع البنية التحتية خاصة في ظل التوجه الحديث نحو المالية والصيرفة الإسلامية، وأن التجارب العملية لإصدارات الصكوك الإسلامية برهنت بأنها وسيلة مفيدة وفعالة لتمويل مشروعات البنية التحتية. This study aimed to shed light on the role of Islamic Sukuk as one of the modern mechanisms for financing infrastructure projects, by examining the conceptual aspects of infrastructure and Islamic Sukuk, in addition to reviewing the Saudi experience in financing the new King Abdulaziz Airport in Jeddah through Islamic Sukuk. The study concluded that Islamic Sukuk play an important and influential role in providing the necessary financing for infrastructure projects, especially in light of the recent trend towards Islamic finance and banking, and that the practical experiences of issuance of Islamic Sukuk have proven to be a useful and effective way to finance infrastructure projects.
