Islamic Financing Formats Suitable For Financing Infrastructure Projects, Dubai Islamic Bank Casestudy

Résumé: Abstract :We aim through this research to explain the role of Islamic banks in financing infrastructure projects that require huge sums to finance them through many sources of financing provided by Islamic banks. Through this research, we found that Dubai Bank provides appropriate formulas for financing infrastructure projects, where the proportion of contribution and participation in infrastructure financing was estimated at 34% Moreover, the contribution of cheques in financing infrastructure projects was estimated at 18% .So, this research recommends the necessity of encouraging Islamic banks To finance infrastructure projects, seeing the appropriateness of the financing forms they provide for such projects. الملخص: نهدف من خلال هذا البحث إلى بيان دور المصارف الإسلامية في تمويل مشاريع البنية التحتية التي تتطلب مبالغ ضخمة لتمويلها من خلال العديد من مصادر التمويل الذي توفره المصارف الإسلامية. توصلنا من خلال هذا البحث إلى أن بنك دبي يوفر صيغ ملائمة لتمويل مشاريع البنية التحتية، حيث قدرت نسبة مساهمة الاستصناع والمشاركة في تمويل البنية التحتية نسبة 34%، وقدرت مساهمة الصكوك في تمويل مشاريع البنية التحتية بــ 18%، ويوصي هذا البحث بضرورة تشجيع المصارف الإسلامية على تمويل مشاريع البنية التحتية نظرا لملائمة صيغ التمويل التي توفرها لمثل هذه تمويل مشاريع البنية التحتية نظرا لملائمة صيغ التمويل التي توفرها لمثل هذه المشاريع.
