القيم الاجتماعية داخل التنظيم - بين التكامل و الصراع-

Résumé: ملخص: تهدف الدراسة إلى التعرف على ماهية القيم الاجتماعية ومدلولاتها السوسيولوجية عند بعض علماء الاجتماع وتحديد وظائفها وأدوارها الاجتماعية بالنسبة للفرد وللتنظيم وأثرها في تحديد السلوك التنظيمي للأفراد من خلال ضبطه وتوجيهه . وكذا معرفة الآثار السلبية للصراع بين القيم الاجتماعية وقيم التنظيم وكيفية الحد أو التخفيف منها بما يخدم مصالح التنظيم ويحقق أهدافه , وإسقاط ذلك على المجتمع الجزائري إستنادا إلى بعض الدراسات السوسيولوجية . Abstract: The study aims to identify the nature of social values and their sociological implications for some sociologists, and to determine their social functions and roles for the individual and for the organization, and their impact on determining the organizational behavior of individuals through controlling and directing it. As well as knowing the negative effects of the conflict between social values and the values of the organization and how to limit or mitigate them in a way that serves the interests of the organization and achieves its goals, and projecting this on Algerian society based on some sociological studies
