القيم الاجتماعية في المؤسسة العمومية الجزائرية وعلاقتها بالفعالية التنظيمية

Résumé: ملخص: إن الاستراتيجيات الحديثة والأشكال الجديدة للتنظيم والتسيير تركز في مجمل مبادئها على أهمية وضرورة الاهتمام بالعنصر البشري باعتباره أساس أي تغيير وتطوير ومركز ثقل أي مؤسسة تطمح للاستمرارية و المنافسة في ظل الأنظمة الجديدة (اقتصاد السوق). ومن هذا المنطلق جاءت دراستنا لتحاول الكشف عن طبيعة القيم الاجتماعية الموجودة في المؤسسة كتنظيم وكيان اجتماعي وباعتبارها أحد أهم مكونات الثقافة المجتمعية واهم المكتسبات التي يكتسبها الفرد خلال عملية تنشأته الاجتماعية، والعلاقة التي تربطها بالفعالية التنظيمية من خلال سلوكيات الأفراد وأدائهم داخل التنظيم. الكلمات المفتاحية: القيم الاجتماعية ، المؤسسة العمومية الجزائرية ، الفعالية التنظيمية Abstract: The modern strategies and new forms of organization and management are based in their entirety on the importance and necessity of caring about the human element, as it is the basis of any change and development, and the gravity center of any institution that aspires to continuity and competition under the institution that aspires to continuity and competition under the new systems (market economy). And from this point, our study came to try to find out the nature of social values that exist in the institution as an organization and a social entity, as one of the components of the societal culture, and the most important gains of the individual during the process of his social upbringing and the relationship they have with organizational effectiveness from the behavior of individuals and their performance within the organization.
