دور التكوين التحضيري البيداغوجي في اكساب المعلمين المتربصين لمبادئ تدريس المقاربة بالكفاءات

Résumé: هدفت الدراسة الحالية للكشف عن دور التكوين التحضيري البيداغوجي في اكساب المعلمين المتربصين لمبادئ المقاربة بالكفاءات من وجهة نظرهم, حيث شملت الدراسة (62) معلم ومعلمة لمدينة الوادي. وبالاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتطبيق أداة الدراسة, وباستخدام الأساليب الإحصائية المتمثلة في المتوسطات الحسابية المرجحة والوزن المئوي أسفرت المعالجة الإحصائية على النتائج التٌالية: - تقديرات المعلمين المتربصين لدور التكوين البيداغوجي في اكتسابهم مبادئ المقاربة بالكفاءات جاءت متوسطة في جميع مجالات الدراسة. The current study aimed to reveal the role of the pedagogical preparatory training in equipping teachers who are lurking for the principles of the competencies approach from their point of view, as the study included (62) male and female teachers of the valley city. Depending on the descriptive analytical approach, the application of the study tool, and using statistical methods represented by weighted mathematical averages and percentage weight, statistical treatment yielded the following results: Estimates of the educated teachers for the role of pedagogical training in their acquisition of the principles of the competency approach were medium in all fields of study.
