أثر المسؤولية الاجتماعية على الأداء المالي دراسة حالة مؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر بورقلة خلال الفترة الممتدة مابين (2013-2015)

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى قياس أثر المسؤولية الاجتماعية على الأداء المالي لمؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر -الوحدة العملياتية بورقلة- خلال الفترة من 2013 إلى 2015، ومن أجل الإجابة على إشكالية الدراسة استعملنا القوائم المالية المتمثلة في الميزانية المحاسبية، جدول حسابات النتائج، ميزان المراجعة، بالإضافة إلى بعض الوثائق والمعلومات التي تجيب على مدى تبني المؤسسة قيد الدراسة للمسؤولية الاجتماعية. توصلت الدراسة إلى أن تبني المسؤولية الاجتماعية لمؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر –الوحدة العملياتية بورقلة- خلال الفترة من 2013 إلى 2015 له تأثير ايجابي على الأداء المالي وربحية المؤسسة. The aims of this study is to measure the impact of social responsibility on the financial performance of Algerian Telecom Corporation - the operational unit of Ouargla - during the period from 2013 to 2015, In order to answer the problem of the study, we used the financial statements of the accounting budget, the results account table, the balance of the audit, in addition to some documents and information that answer the extent of the institution under study for social responsibility. The study concluded that the adoption of the social responsibility of the Algerian Telecom Corporation - the operational unit of Ouargla - during the period from 2013 to 2015 has a positive impact on the financial performance and profitability of the institution.
