Résumé: الملخص هدفت هذه الدراسة الى التعرف على أثر تبني ممارسات المسؤولية الاجتماعية لمؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر لولاية سوق اهراس على رضا المستهلك وذلك من خلال استقصاء اراء عينة من المستهلكين في المؤسسة، شمل مجتمع الدراسة ) مستهلكي وموظفي خدمات اتصالات الجزائر بولاية سوق أهراس، أما العينة كانت غير قصدية تكونت من ) 50 مستهلك و ) 50 ( موظف لمؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر . حيث توصلت الدراسة إلى ما يلي : تؤثر الابعاد المسؤولية الاجتماعية لمؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر لولاية سوق اهراس والمتمثلة بالالتزامات تجاه كلا من المساهمات الاجتماعية، خدمة المستهلك ، حماية البيئة والموارد الطبيعية على رضا المستهلك. -تطبق مؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر في ولاية سوق اهراس مفهوم المسؤولية الاجتماعية في جميع المجالات بدرجة متوسطة على رضا المستهلك. -مستوى رضا المستهلك تجاه الخدمات التي تقدمها مؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر بولاية سوق اهراس جاء بدرجة رضا متوسطة .
