مكافحة جريمة مضاربة غير مشروعة على ضوء القانون 21-15

Résumé: تعتبر جريمة المضاربة غير المشروعة من بين أهم الجرائم الاقتصادية التي تقع على المال وتؤثر سلبا على استقرار السوق وانتظامه، وعلى ثقة المتعاملين، وعلى اقتصاد الدولة ككل، فضلا على مساسها بمصلحة المستهلك، الأمر الذي استوجب معه تدخل المشرع الجزائري لمكافحة هذه الجريمة. تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى بيان إستراتيجية المشرع الجزائري في مكافحة جريمة المضاربة غير المشروعة، حيث أنه من بين أهم النتائج المتوصل إليها إقرار المشرع الجزائري لعقوبات جزائية صارمة في حق كل من يرتكب هذه الجريمة تحقيقا لغاية الردع من جهة، وحمايةً لمصلحة المستهلك من جهة أخرى الكلمات المفتاحية : المضاربة الإجراءات التشريعية استراتيجية المنتج الموزع مكافحة Abstract: The crime of illegal speculation is one of the important economic crimes that affect on money and it affects on the stability of the market and the trust between clients and the economic of country it self plus it affect the interest of the consumer all of that makes Algerian legislator to combating this kind of crimes.
