القيادة الإبداعية للتمكين ودورها في تحقيق الابداع-مقاربة مفاهيمية-

Résumé: ملخص: هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على القيادة الابداعية للتمكين وذلك من خلال دور القيادة في خل الابداع وهذا الاخير يعتبر حاجة ملحة لنجاح المنظمات و يعتبر أحد المقومات الأساسية في التطور التنظيمي ، ولا يكون ذلك الابداع إلا من خلال دور القيادات الادارية في تنمية المهارات الابداعية لدى العاملين ومن أهم المداخل الحديثة المساعدة على ذلك هو التمكين والذي يعتبر أساس الابداع فتفويض القادة السلطة للعاملين وإشراكهم في حل المشاكل يعتبر حافز لهم ودافع يساعد على بروز الافراد المبدعين.
