Résumé: استهدفت هذه الدراسة التعرف على مستوى التنمر الوظيفي الممارس على الممرضين، تم إجراء الدراسة على 200 ممرض(ة) من المستشفى الجامعي بوهران، و باستخدام استبيان الأفعال السلبية (NAQ) تم التوصل إلى ما يلي : - يعاني الممرضون من مستوى تنمر وظيفي متوسط، و ذلك في مجال التنمر المرتبط بالعمل ومجال التخويف، بينما يعانون من مستوى مرتفع في مجال التنمر المرتبط بالشخص، وتتمثل مصادر التنمر الوظيفي الممارس على الممرضين على التوالي: المرضى، رئيس مصلحة الممرضين، عائلات المرضى، الأطباء، الزملاء الممرضين، مدير القسم This study aimed to identify the level of Workplace bullying practiced on nurses. A study was conducted on a sample consisting of 200 nurses from the University Hospital of Oran, and by using the Negative Acts Questionnaire (NAQ), it was concluded The following results: - Nurses suffer from a moderate level of Workplace bullying, in the field of work- related bullying and the field of physical intimidating bullying, while they suffer from a high level in the field of bullying related to the person, The sources of Workplace bullying practiced against nurses are respectively: patients, head of the nurses' office, families of patients, doctors, fellow nurses, director of the department.
