الفروق في الدافعية للإنجاز بين التلاميذ الموجهين للشعب العلمية والأدبية في السنة الثانية ثانوي - دراسة ميدانية بثانويات ولاية بومرداس –

Résumé: الملخص: هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى معرفة الفروق في مستوى الدافعية للإنجاز بين التلاميذ الموجهين للشعب العلمية والأدبية في السنة الثانية ثانوي، تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي، وأجريت الدراسة على عينة تكونت من 325 تلميذ وتلميذة، تم اختيارهم بطريقة عشوائية من ثانويات للتعليم العام بثانوية شافعي أحمد بدائرة برج منايل وثانوية بويري بوعلام ببلدية يسر بولاية بومرداس. اعتمدت الدراسة على مقياس الدافع للإنجاز للأطفال والراشدين من تأليف "هيرمانز " "hermans " (1970). والذي تم تعديله من طرف الباحثة " فاطمة الزهراء بوجطو" وتطبيقه على البيئة الجزائرية. أظهرت النتائج على أنه لا توجد فـروق فـي مـسـتـوى الـدافعـية للإنـجاز بين التلاميذ الموجهين للشعب العلمية والأدبية في السنة الثانية ثانوي. وتم مناقشة هذه النتيجة في إطار الجانب النظري والدراسات السابقة. Abstract : The purpose of this study was to determine the differences in the level of motivation for success among students directed to scientists and literary students in the second year of secondary school, the descriptive program was used and the study was conducted on a sample composed of 325 pupils and students, who were randomly selected from high schools for general education at Shafi'i Ahmed High School in Burj Manayel. Bouyeri Boualem High School in the municipality of Yusr, province of Boumerdes. The study was based on a measure of motivation for the success of children and adults, written by Hermans (1970). This was modified by the researcher "Fatima Zahra Boujtou" and applied to the Algerian environment. The results showed that there were no differences in the level of motivation for success among the students directed to scientists and literary students in the second year of secondary school. This result has been discussed in the framework of the theoretical section and previous studies.
