"المخاطر النفسية والاجتماعية في البيئة العملية: دراسة وتحليل" "the Psychological And Social Risks In The Work Environment: Study And Analysis"

Résumé: تهدف ورقتنا البحثية إلى فحص المخاطر النفسية والاجتماعية في بيئة العمل، حيث تُعَدّ البيئة العملية النقطة الأساسية لسلامة موظفيها، إذ يركز التحليل في هذا الدراسة على استكشاف الخصائص والأسباب لتلك المخاطر، بالإضافة إلى استكشاف العوامل الضارة التي تُسهم في الأخطار الوظيفية وأنواعها وآثارها السلبية البارزة على الصحة النفسية والاجتماعية للعاملين. وفي الختام، يتناول البحث سُبُل الوقاية والعلاج من هذه المخاطر. Our research aims to examine the psychological and social risks in the workplace environment, as the work environment is considered the main point for the safety of its employees. The analysis in this study focuses on exploring the characteristics and causes of these risks, in addition to investigating the harmful factors contributing to occupational hazards, their types, and their prominent negative effects on the mental and social health of workers. Finally, the research addresses preventive and therapeutic measures for these risks.
