كتاب الفهم المقاصدي للسنة النبوية للدكتور محمد مختار جمعة – دراسة تحليلية نقدية -

Résumé: الملخص: لقد أكرمنا الله تعالى بالسنة النبوية، وجعلها بيانا للقرآن الكريم، وإنّ من المطالب الجليلة والمقاصد العظيمة التفقه فيها وقراءتها قراءة صحيحة، ولذلك اعتنى علماء الأمة قديما وحديثا بجانب التأسيس للفهم الصحيح للسنة النبوية، مع رصد الجهود العلمية في ذلك تأصيلا وتطبيقا، ودراستها وتقويمها. وفي هذا السياق تم اختيار كتاب: "الفهم المقاصدي للسنة النبوية"، من إعداد الأستاذ الدكتور محمد مختار جمعة وزير الأوقاف المصري، باعتباره كتاب وُضع لتقديم قراءة عصرية مختارة من السنة النبوية المطهرة، وبيان ضرورة مراعاة ظروف المكان والزمان وتقاليد الناس وعاداتهم، ومراعاة أحوال الناس عند قراءة النص وفهم معانيه، واستنباط بعض الأحكام الجزئية منه. ومحلُّ البحث بالتدقيق جوابٌ عن الآتي: هل حقق الكتاب الغاية المرجوة من إصداره؟ وهل قدم إضافة للفهم المقاصدي للسنة النبوية؟ وكيف تمت معالجة هذا الموضوع الخطير؟ وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى جملة من النتائج يجدها القارئ الكريم في ختام هذا المنشور. Abstract: God Almighty honored us with the Sunnah of the Prophet and made it a statement of the Qur’an, and one of the great demands and great purposes is to agree on them and read them correctly. Therefore, the ummah’s ulama, in the past and present, took care of the correct establishment of the Sunnah of the Prophet, while monitoring the scientific efforts in this in order to establish and apply it, study and evaluate it. In this context, a book was chosen: “The Maqasid Understanding of the Prophetic Sunnah” prepared by Professor Muhammad Mukhtar Jumaa, the Egyptian Minister of Endowments, as it is a book that put forward progress, a modern reading chosen from the confusing, evidently evident in the observance of the conditions of the place and time and the traditions and customs of the people, and taking into account the conditions of the people. The research intends to answer the following: Has the book achieved the desired goal of its publication? Has it provided an addition on the topic of understanding the Prophet’s Sunnah and how this serious topic has been dealt with. The study has reached a number of results that the reader finds at the conclusion of the research.
