دور الاتصالات التسويقية الرقمية في تعزيز الصورة الذهنية بالمؤسسة

Résumé: الملخص تم في هذا البحث دراسة دور الاتصالات التسويقية الرقمية ودورها في تعزيز الصورة الذهنية في مؤسسة فارما كونيكت، حيث تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة دور الاتصالات التسويقية الرقمية في تعزيز الصورة الذهنية لمؤسسة فارما كونيكت، وقد تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي في الوصول إلى نتائج البحث حيث تم إعداد استمارة استبيان لجمع البيانات من مفردات مجتمع البحث، من خلال عينة قصدية لعملاء فارما كونيكت بلغت 88 مفردة، قد تم التوصل إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها: أن التسويق الرقمي والذي يتميز بانخفاض تكاليف التسويق له دور كبير في سرعة انجاز العملية البيعية وتوفير الجهد والمال والوقت وهو ما يعزز الصورة الذهنية للمؤسسة لدى الزبون الكلمات المفتاحية: التسويق الرقمي، الاتصال التسويقي، الصورة الذهنية Abstract: In this research, the role of digital marketing communications and its role in enhancing the mental image of the Pharma Connect Foundation was studied. This study aims to know the role of digital marketing communications in enhancing the mental image of the Pharma Connect Foundation. The descriptive approach was used to reach the results of the research, where it was prepared A questionnaire form to collect data from the research community, through a purposive sample of Pharma Connect customers amounting to 88 individuals. A set of results were reached, the most important of which are: that digital marketing, which is characterized by low marketing costs, has a major role in speeding up the sales process and saving effort, money and time.
