Résumé: The study aimed at finding out the contribution of the social networking site Facebook in the formation of the virtual values of the Algerian youth, which controls the behavior of the individual and .In this study we adopted the survey method, the research community was the youth of Ouargla as a sample for this study. Young people in Ouargla city are browsing Facebook site on a continuous and intensive basis despite the different contents and domains and the difference of influence from person to another, which led to the formation and implantation of some of the virtual values that matured in the behavior of young people and the contribution of Facebook site in its formation
