Résumé: ملخص: يتناول موضوع "خصوصية أحكام رهن أدوات ومعدات التجهيز في القانون التجاري الجزائري" دراسة الأحكام الخاصة في رهن أدوات ومعدات التجهيز التي تميزه عن الرهن في القواعد العامة، ويُظهر خصوصية أحكام رهن أدوات ومعدات التجهيز من حيث خروجها عن القواعد العامة بحيث تشكل استثناء عن الرهن سواء المنظم في القانون المدني أو القانون التجاري، من حيث إنشاؤه وما يرتبه من آثار بين طرفيه وما يرتبه الرهن لمصلحة الدائن المرتهن من حق عيني في مواجهة الغير. ABSTRACT: The topic dealt with « The rules specificity of instruments and equipments pledge in the Algerian commercial code» with the study of the special provisions in the instruments and equipments pledge that distinguish it from the mortgage in the general rules, so that they constitute an exception to the pledge, whether in civil or commercial code, in its constitute, and its effects parts as far as the interests of pledge creditor are concerned, from an real right to third party.
