محركات نمو الشركات الناشئة في مجال التكنولوجيا المالية بمنطقة شمال إفريقيا
Résumé: Financial technology (fintech) startups have invaded many countries, including North Africa. In this context, this research aims to diagnose the factors motivating the expansion of fintech startups in the region and to elicit challenges and requirements for their advancement. At the end, we concluded that there are some obstacles facing these startups in the region, which included some regulatory gaps, weak confidence in the digital financial system and low internet service. Despite all these difficulties, fintech startups in the North African region can constitute real opportunities for the success of innovative projects by ameliorating the internet stream, adapting laws according to their activity, providing appropriate financing mechanisms and ensuring training on going human resources.
