تأثير التغيرات المناخية على الموارد المائية: تحديات وحلول The Impact Of Climate Change On Water Resources: Challenges And Solutions

Résumé: ترتبط أزمة تغير المناخ ارتباطا وثيقا مع الموارد المائية، حيث يؤدي التغير في المناخ الى زيادة التقلبات التي تحدث في دورة الموارد المائية، وحدوث الظواهر المناخية الشديدة تقلل من إمكانية التنبؤ بمدى توفر المياه، كما تقلل من جودتها وتهدد التنمية المستدامة. يتسم الوضع الحالي في الجزائر باختلال التوازن بين الاحتياجات والموارد المتاحة، مما ولد تضاربا في تخصيص هذا المورد وصعوبة التحكم فيه نظرا لأن الاحتياجات من هذا المورد تعبر عن استخداماته في كل القطاعات، وهدر هذا المورد يهدد التنمية على جميع مستوياتها، وبدرجة أكبر يهدد الأمن الغذائي في البلاد، لذلك تمثل هدف الدراسة في التعرف على التأثيرات التي يحدثها التغير المناخي على الموارد المائية في الجزائر، وتوصلت الدراسة الى نتائج تمثلت في تأثيرات التغير المناخي على المياه واقتراحات تم من خلالها دعوة المسؤولين الى أجل انتهاج استراتيجية وخطة واضحة ومستعجلة لحماية هذا المورد الهام والحيوي. The global climate change crisis is inextricably linked to water. Climate change is increasing variability in the water cycle, thus inducing extreme weather events, reducing the predictability of water availability, decreasing water quality and threatening sustainable development, The current situation in Algeria is characterized by an imbalance between the needs and the available which generated a conflict in the mobilized water resources and the difficulty of controlling, where the needs of this resource reflect its uses in all sectors, and the waste of this resource threatens development levels at all levels, and to a greater extent threatens food security in the country. Thus aim of this study was to identify the effects that climate change on water resources in Algeria, and the results represented in the effects of climate change on water resources, and suggestions through which officials were invited to adopt a clear and urgent strategy and plan to protect this important and vital resource
