مستقبل الموارد البشرية في عصر الذكاء الاصطناعي

Résumé: ملخص: يهدف هذا المقال إلى إبراز دور الذكاء الاصطناعي في تطوير التدريب الإلكتروني كونه من المواضع الحديثة التي تعكس التحول الرقمي وأثره على تأهيل الموارد البشرية وتنميتها، لذا تمّ التركيز على معرفة التقنيات القائمة على الذكاء الاصطناعي وتحليل كيفية استخدامها في تحديد الفجوات لدى المتدربين من أجل تطوير أساليب التدريب وبرامجه لتحقيق الكفاء والاستجابة لمتطلبات العصر الحالي إضافة إلى مناقشة التحديات والمخاطر التي تواجه المنظمات في تطبيقها، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أنّ التقنيات الذكية تسعى إلى تعزيز فعالية العمل وتحديث العمليات داخل المنظمة من خلال تخصيص المحتوى التدريبي وتحليل بيانات المتدربين لتحقيق أعلى مستويات الأداء. ABSTRACT: This article aims to highlight the role of artificial intelligence in the development of e-training as it is one of the modern topics that reflect the digital transformation and its impact on the qualification and development of human resources, so the focus was on knowing the technologies based on artificial intelligence and analysing how to use them to identify the gaps in the trainees in order to develop training methods and programmes to achieve efficiency and meet the requirements of the current era, in addition to discussing the challenges and risks facing organisations in their application, and the study concluded that smart technologies seek to enhance work efficiency and modernise processes within the organisation by customising the content and analysing trainee data to achieve the highest levels of performance.
