: أسس عمليات الصيرفة الاسلامية على ضوء المنظومة القانونية الجديدة ( تنظيم 20-02 ، التعليمة 20-03)

Résumé: عرفت سنة 2020 ميلاد نصوص مهمة تتعلق بالصيرفة الاسلامية في الجزائر . وهو ما ظهر جليا من خلال النظام 20-02 المؤرخ في 15 مارس 2020 مرسما بذلك قواعد ممارسة المصارف الاسلامية لأنشطتها المالية . والذي أنهى بدوره العمل بالنظام 18-02 الذي كان هو السباق في تنظيم ذات المسالة إلا أنه لم يدم طويلا ولم يعرف النجاح على ارض الواقع . بالاضافة لتعليمة 20-03 المؤرخة في 02 افريل 2020 المعرفة للمنتجات المتعلقة بالصيرفة الاسلامية التي وضحة اجراءات تنفيذها من طرف المصارف والمؤسسات المالية . Despite the considerabl delay , the year 2020 marks the birth of important texts For Ismamic banking in Algeria , concerning the system 20-02 of March 15 ,2020, which defines banking operations related to Islamic bankingand the rules ofpractice by banks and financial institution . It also abolished the system 18-02 ,which had previously regulated the issue but had not been permanent and had not been applied in practice . The knowledge of products related to Islamic banking , as defined by procedures and technical characteristics for implementation by banks and financial intutions , is also provided in instruction 20-03 of april 2020 . the following is a general reading of the provisions contained in these texts .
