سياسة التحرير المالي وعلاقتها بحذب الاستثمار الاجنبي المباشر دراسة لعينة من الدول العربية للفترة1990-2017

Résumé: تتناول هذه الدراسة سياسة التحرير المالي و دورها الفعال في جذب الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر، وتوجيهه باتجاه القطاعات الأكثر إنتاجية لتعزيز النمو الاقتصادي، وقد اعتمدت هذه الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي و المنهج القياسي في دراسة الحالة، و توصلت إلى ضرورة وضع إستراتيجية واضحة المعالم ترتكز على تحسين السياسات وإزالة المعوقات التي تحول دون التأثير الايجابي لهذا النوع من الاستثمارات من خلال العمل على تطوير نظمها المالية، وزيادة فعاليتها باعتبارها مصدرا لتراكم رأس المال، وحافزا مهما للاستثمار. This study deals with financial liberalization policy and its effective role in attracting foreign direct investments, and directing it towards the most productive sectors to enhance economic growth, the study relied on the analytical descriptive and econometric approach, The study found the need to develop a clear strategy based on improving policies and removing obstacles that prevent the positive impact of such investment through working to develop their financial systems, and increase their effectiveness as a source of capital accumulation, and an important incentive for investment
