استغلال الطاقات المتجددة في الجزائر بين التطلعات والمعوقات Exploitation Of Renewable Energies In Algeria Between Aspirations And Obstacles

Résumé: نهدف من دراستنا هذه الوقوف على التطلعات التي تريد الجزائر بلوغها من استغلالها للطاقات المتجددة والعراقيل التي تحد من بلوغ هذه التطلعات، ومن أجل هذا اتبعنا المنهج الوصفي، وتم الـتطرق إلى مفهوم الطاقات المتجددة، أهم دوافع تفكير الجزائر في الطاقات المتجددة التي تمتلكها، بعض المشاريع القائمة في هذا المجال، زيادة على التعرض إلى برنامج تطوير الطاقات المتجددة وأهم المعوقات التي تحول دون الاستغلال الأمثل لهذه الطاقات المتجددة، ومن أهم ما تم التوصل إليه أن الجزائر تمتلك إمكانيات كبيرة في الطاقات المتجددة وتستهدف بلوغ 22000 ميغاواط في سنة 2030 لكن هذا الأمر يعترضه العديد من المعوقات أهمها ارتفاع التكلفة الرأسمالية لهذه المشاريع. Exploitation of renewable energies in Algeria between aspirations and obstacles The objective of this article is to identify the aspirations of Algeria from exploitation of renewable energies and the obstacles that prevent it, and for this we followed the descriptive approach, this article deals the following points: the concept of renewable energies, the motives of Algeria's thinking in the renewable energies, some projects exist in this sector, renewable energies development program and the most important obstacles to the optimal exploitation of these renewable energies. Among the results achieved, Algeria has a lot of potential in renewable energies, the renewable energy program is trying to install a renewable power of about 22000 MW by 2030 for the national market but this aim hampered by many obstacles, the most important is the high capital cost of these projects.
