الآليات المستحدثة في ظل قانون الاستثمار الجزائري 22-18 (اللجنة العليا للطعون، المنصة الرقمية للاستثمار،الشبّاك الوحيد للمشاريع الكبرى والاستثمارات الأجنبية)

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تبيان أهم المستجدات التي جاء بها قانون الاستثمار الجديد، خاصة تلك المتعلقة بعصرنة الاسثتمار، حيث نجد المشرع قد استحدث منصة رقمية للمستثمر، وكذلك شبّاكا خاص بالاستثمارات الأجنبية، بالإضافة إلى استحداث لجنة عليا خاصة بمعالجة الطعون المتصلة بالاستثمار، سعيا منه إلى العمل أكثر على تكريس مبادئ الاستثمار وجذب المستثمرين. This study aims to show the most important developments introduced by the new investment law, especially those related to the modernization of investment, where we find that the legislator has created a digital platform for the investor, as well as a special window for foreign investments, in addition to the creation of a higher committee for dealing with appeals related to investment, seeking to work More on devoting investment principles and attracting investors.
