Résumé: يعد إصدار قانون الاستثمار الجديد لسنة 2022 بمثابة رسالة قوية في اتجاه تحرير مجال الاستثمار نهائيا على ضوء نص المادة 61 من دستور 2020، بيد انه وبعد سنوات من تطبيق النص الدستوري لم يصل إلى النتائج المتوخاة في الموعد. وحسب تقرير ممارسة أنشطة الأعمال أن الجزائر احتلت المرتبة 157 لعام 2020 من بين 190 دولة. وبالتالي فالجزائر نظرا لتأخر مكانتها الاقتصادية من بين الدول عزمت على إتباع آليات جديدة لتعويض هذا التأخر المزري. على هذا الأساس وتحت المعطيات السابقة يسعى بحثنا إلى البحث عن الآليات الجديدة التي جاء بها القانون رقم 22/18 المتعلق بالاستثمار؟ The issuance of the new investment law for the year 2022 is a strong message in the direction of finally liberalizing the field of investment in the light of the text of Article 61 of the 2020 constitution, However, after years of implementing the however after years of implementing the constitution text, it did not reach the expected results on time.
