دراسة وتحليل مستويات ومصادر الضغوط النفسية في المؤسسة الصناعية ـ دراسة تحليلية لآراء عينة من العاملين بمدبغة الهضاب العليا بالجلفة ـ

Résumé: تناولت هذه الدراسة موضوع دراسة وتحليل مستويات ومصادر الضغوط النفسية في المؤسسة الصناعية، وطبقت الدراسة على عينة مكونة من (47) موظفاً، من أصل مجتمع الدراسة المكون من (94) موظف. حيث استخدمت الدراسة الاستبيان كأداة رئيسية لجمع المعلومات والبيانات، وتم توزيع الاستبيان عشوائيا على مختلف العاملين بمدبغة الهضاب العليا بالجلفة، وخلصت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من نتائج من أهمها ما يلي:  ارتفاع مستوى الضغوط النفسية لدى العاملين بمدبغة الهضاب العليا بالجلفة.  تعددت مصادر الضغوط النفسية المتأتية من البيئة الداخلية ومن أهمها وأكثرها تأثيراً على العاملين نجد: ظروف العمل، غموض الدور، صراع الدور، عبء العمل.  تعددت مصادر الضغوط النفسية المتأتية من البيئة الخارجية ومن أهمها وأكثرها تأثيراً على العاملين نجد: الضغوط الاجتماعية، الضغوط الثقافية، الضغوط الاقتصادية، الضغوط السياسية. This study dealt with the issue of study and analysis of Levels and sources of psychological stress in the industrial institution, The study was applied to a sample of (47) employees, out of a study population of (94) employees. The study used a questionnaire as a key tool for gathering information and data, The questionnaire was distributed randomly on various workers in the upper plateaus tannery in Djelfa, The study concluded to a set of results including the following:  The high level of the psychological stress among workers in the the upper plateaus tannery in Djelfa.  There are multiple sources of psychological stress resulting from the internal environment and the most important and influential on the workers we find: working conditions, role ambiguity, role conflict, and workload.  There are many sources of psychological stress resulting from the external environment and the most important and most influential on the workers we find: social pressures, cultural pressures, economic pressures, political pressures.
