المقارنة المرجعية كأسلوب لتحسين الأداء البيئي للمؤسسات -دراسة حالة مؤسسة الإسمنت عين التوتة

Résumé: هدفت الدراسة إلى إبراز أهمية المقارنة المرجعية كأسلوب حديث في تحسين وترقية الأداء البيئي لمؤسسة الإسمنت عين التوتة والوقوف على أوجه القصور به مقارنة مع مؤسسة الإسمنت عين الكبيرة باعتبارها مؤسسة رائدة تنشط في ذات القطاع، وبالاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي ومنهج تحليل المحتوى توصلت الدراسة إلى أن هناك تفاوت ملحوظ بين مستوى الأداء البيئي للمؤسستين حيث تمكنت مؤسسة الإسمنت عين الكبيرة من تحقيق أداء بيئي متميز مكنها من دخول السوق التصديرية، بالإضافة إلى عدم وجود استراتيجية بيئية شاملة أو سياسة بيئية واضحة تترجم الأهداف التي تسعى مؤسسة الإسمنت عين التوتة لتحقيقها على أرض الواقع، كما أوصت الدراسة بضرورة بلورة رؤى واضحة فيما يتعلق بسياسة المسؤولية البيئية المستدامة لمؤسسة الاسمنت عين التوتة والعمل على تضمينها ضمن رسالة المؤسسة الاستراتيجية. The study aimed to highlight the importance of benchmarking as a modern method in improving and upgrading the environmental performance of the Ain Touta Cement Corporation It also sought to identify areas for improvement by comparing it with the environmentally advanced Ain El Kabira Cement Corporation within the same industry. Employing a descriptive method and content analysis, the study revealed a notable disparity in the environmental performance levels of the two entities. Ain El Kabira Cement Corporation was able to achieve distinguished environmental performance that enabled it to enter the export market. Conversely, Ain Touta Cement Corporation lacked a comprehensive environmental strategy or a clear policy translating its environmental goals into practical actions. The study recommended the development of a well-defined and sustainable environmental responsibility policy for Ain Touta Cement Corporation, urging its integration into the corporation's strategic mission.
