أثر تطبيق الإدارة الإلكترونية على أداء المرافق العمومية

Résumé: تهدف الدراسة الى معرفة أثر الإدارة الإلكترونية في تفعيل أداء المرافق العمومية، وذلك من خلال معرفة طبيعة العلاقة ما بين الإدارة الإلكترونية والمرافق العمومية في مديرية توزيع الكهرباء والغاز ولاية المدية، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة فقد تم تصميم استبانة وتوزيعها على أفراد عينة الدراسة والبالغ عددهم (30) مفردة، بحيث تم استخدام الرزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (SPSS) لتحليل البيانات، توصلت الدراسة الى أنه يجب تعزيز الإدارة الإلكترونية وتحسينها للارتقاء الى المستوى العالمي، مساهمة الإدارة الإلكترونية في تقليل حجم الأوراق والملفات بالإضافة الى تحقيق الموضوعية بعيدا عن التحيزات والضغوطات التي كانت في الإدارة التقليدية الناتجة عن اللامبالاة وضعف الجانب الرقابي. The study aims to find out the performance of e-governance in public utility workflow activation, by knowing the nature of the relationship between e-Government, public utility Directorate of Electricity and Gas Distribution médéa, in order to achieve the objectives of the study designed to identify and distribute them to members of the study sample And (30), so have been using the statistical package for Social Sciences (SPSS) for data analysis, the study finds that e-governance should be strengthened and improved in order to live up to the global level, the contribution of electronic administration in reducing the size of files and papers plus Achieving objectivity away from biases and pressures which were in traditional management resulting from indifference and poor regulatory side.
