جرائم العنف الجسدي ضد الزوجة في التشريع الجزائري

Résumé: إذا كان مصطلح العنف الجسدي يطلق عادة للتعبير على جرائم الضرب والجرح وأعمال العنف التي تمس بجسم الإنسان، إلاّ أنه من الناحية القانونية يشمل أيضا العنف الجنسي، وإذا كان بين الزوجين فهو يعتبر صورة من العنف الزوجي أو الأسري. تظهر أهمية هذا الموضوع في ارتباطه بحق الزوجة في سلامتها الجسدية من جهة ، وارتباطه باستقرار الأسرة واستمرار وجودها من جهة أخرى، فما هو نطاق الحماية المقررة للزوجة من جرائم العنف الجسدي في التشريع الجزائري؟. The term physical violence is usually used to express crimes of beating, wounding, and acts of violence that affect the human body, still from a legal standpoint also includes sexual violence also. The importance of this subject matter appears in its connection to the wife’s right to her physical safety on the one hand, and its connection to the stability and continued existence of the family on the other hand. Thus, what are the aspects of protection established for the wife against the crimes of physical violence in the Algerian legislation?
