أنظمة المعلومات الإستراتيجية كأداة لتحقيق التميز في منظمات الأعمال تجربة مؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر Mobilis

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على دور وأهمية نظم المعلومات الإستراتيجية في تحقيق التميز مع الإشارة إلى تجربة مؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر MOBILIS والتي تنشط قي سوق تنافسية ذات طبيعة خاصة باعتبار أن المنافسة قائمة بين قطاع خاص له كافة الحرية في اتخاذ القرارات المناسبة وقطاع عام يخضع لاعتبارات عديدة ( سياسية، اقتصادية واجتماعية) . حيث توصلت الدراسة إلى أن أنظمة المعلومات الإستراتيجية تعتبر أهم الوسائل التي توفر المعلومات اللازمة لحل المشكلات وتعزيز القرارات خاصة القرارات الإستراتيجية من خلال المعلومات الإستراتيجية وبالتالي تحقيق ميزة تنافسية، كما أنها أداة تربط المؤسسات بعالمها الخارجي وعليه فقد أصبحت ميزة إستراتيجية تعزز التوجه الاستراتيجي لمؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر MOBILIS. ولذلك فإن أنظمة المعلومات لإستراتيجية أصبحت ضرورة ملحة في ضل تعقد وتغير بيئة الأعمال، لأنه يفتح آفاق التميز و الريادة بالنسبة للمؤسسات التي تبحث عن ذلك. This study aims to highlight the role and importance of strategic information systems to achieve excellence with reference to the experience of organization telecom Algeria MOBILIS Algeria and operating in a competitive market a special nature as competition between private sector has all the freedom to make appropriate decisions and the public sector is subject to numerous considerations (political, economic and social). The study found that strategic information systems is the most important means to provide the information necessary to solve problems and enhance the special strategic decisions through information strategy and competitive advantage, it is also a link to the outside world, it has become a strategic advantage strengthens strategic orientation of organization telecom Algeria MOBILIS. Therefore, information systems strategy has become an urgent need of basics of complexity and change in the business environment, because it opens up prospects for the excellence and leadership for organizations that are looking for it.
