Résumé: مستخلص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى العمل على إبراز دور نظم المعلومات الإدارية في تميز أداء منظمات الأعمال، وقد أجريت سنة 2021 حيث اختار الباحثان عينة عشوائية مكونة من 80 موظفا في دراسة ميدانية على شركة موبيليس الجزائر، خلصت الدراسة إلى أن هناك تأثيرا لنظم المعلومات الإدارية على التميز في أداء المنظمات، وتوصلت إلى توفر كافة مستلزمات نظم المعلومات الإدارية في شركة موبيليس للاتصالات، وإلى وجود أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية لاستخدامها كوسيلة للوصول إلى أداء عال ومتميز، كما أوصت الدراسة على اعتماد إدارة التميز في المؤسسات الجزائرية لأثرها الكبير على الميزة التنافسية والعمل على تحسينها وتطويرها. الكلمات المفتاحية: نظم المعلومات الإدارية، أداء منظمات الأعمال، التميز في الأداء. تصنيف JEL : M150 ، M10، L860 . Abstract: This study aims to work on highlighting the role of MIS in distinguishing the performance of business organizations. It conducted in 2021, where the researchers chose a random sample of 80 employees in a field study on Mobilis Algeria, The study concluded that there is an impact of MIS on the excellence in the organizations performance. Thus, it reached the availability of all MIS requirements in Mobilis Telecom, and the existence of a statistically significant effect to use it as a means to reach a high and distinguished performance. The study also recommended the adoption of excellence management in Algerian institutions due to its significant impact on competitive advantage and work to improve and develop it.
