الابتكار في المنتج وأثره على قرار تبني المستهلك لخدمات الجيل الرابع باستخدام نموذج Rogers. دراسة حالة متعاملي الهاتف النقال (جازي، موبيليس، أوريدو)

Résumé: تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى التعرف على أثر الابتكار في المنتج على قرار تبني المستهلكين لخدمات الجيل الرابع بولاية البويرة، باستخدام نموذج Rogers، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة قمنا بتصميم استبيان وزع على أفراد العينة التي اختيرت بطريقة عشوائية بلغ حجمها 118مفردة، تم معالجتها باستخدام البرنامج الإحصائي spss لتحليل بيانات الاستبانة اعتمادا على الأساليب الإحصائية الوصفية. أظهرت نتائج الدراسة عن وجود علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين خصائص الابتكار في المنتج الجديد وقرار تبني المستهلك لخدمات الجيل الرابع لمتعاملي الهاتف النقال بالبويرة، حيث ما نسبته 37% من قرار التبني سببه الابتكار في الخدمات المقدمة. This paper aims to identify the impact of product innovation on the decision of consumers to adopt 4G services in bouira, using the Rogers model, and to achieve the objectives of the study we designed a questionnaire distributed to the individuals of the sample that was randomly selected with a size of 118 individuals, processed using the statistical program spss to analyze resolution data based on descriptive statistical methods. The results of the study showed a statistically significant relationship between the characteristics of innovation in the new product and the decision to adopt the consumer for 4G mobile services for mobile customers in bouira, where 37% of the adoption decision is caused by innovation in the services provided.
