Résumé: الملخص هدفت الدراسة إلى تحديد أثر العدالة التنظيمية على تنمية الاستغراق الوظيفي بمركب تمييع الغاز الطبيعيGNL بمجمع سوناطراك سكيكدة، حيث تم توزيع الاستبيان على عينة بلغ حجمها151 عامل، ومن خلال نتائج تحليل الاستبيان باستخدام برنامجspss تم التوصل إلى أن مستويات ممارسة العدالة التنظيمية جاءت متوسطة وهي مرتبة كما يلي: عدالة التعاملات ثم عدالة الإجراءات، أما عدالة التوزيعات جاءت بدرجة ضعيفة، في حين أن مستويات الاستغراق الوظيفي جاءت مرتفعة ومرتبة كما يلي: الاستغراق المادي ثم الاستغراق المعرفي يليه الاستغراق العاطفي،كما توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود أثر للعدالة التنظيمية على تنمية الاستغراق الوظيفي بالمركب وهذا يعزز سلوكهم الايجابي تجاه عملهم وتجاه المركب الذي يعملون به. الكلمات المفتاحية: عدالة تنظيمية، عدالة التوزيعات، عدالة الإجراءات، عدالة التعاملات، استغراق وظيفي، مركب GNL Abstract The study aimed to determine the effect of organizational justice on the development of job Involvement in the natural gas liquefaction compound GNL at the Sonatrach Skikda complex, where the questionnaire was distributed to a sample of 151 workers, and through the results of the questionnaire analysis using the spss program it was found that the levels of organizational justice practice were medium and are arranged as follows: Interactional Justic and then Procedural Justic. As for the Distributive Justic came in a weak degree, while levels of job Involvement came high and arranged as follows: Physical Engagement, and Cognitive Engagement followed by Emotional Engagement, and the study also found an effect of organizational justice on the development of job Involvement in the complex and this strengthens Their positive behavior towards their work and towards the complex in which they work Keywords : Organizational justice, Distributive Justic, Procedural Justic, Interactional Justic, job Involvement, complex GNL
