Résumé: الملخص: تناولت الدراسة الحالية موضوع التغيير التنظيمي في علاقته بالرضا الوظيفي على مستوى مركب تمييع الغاز الطبيعي بسكيكدة، حيث استدعت الدراسة استخدام المنهج الوصفي بالإضافة إلى اعتماد الاستبيان في جمع البيانات، حيث توصلنا إلى نتيجة مفادها: وجود علاقة ارتباطية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين التغيير التنظيمي والرضا الوظيفي بالمركب. الكلمات المفتاحية: التغيير التنظيمي، الرضا الوظيفي، الأداء ABSTRACT The current study dealt with the issue of organizational change in its relationship to job satisfaction at the level of the natural gas liquefaction complex in Skikda , The study called for the use of the descriptive approach in addition to the adoption of the questionnaire in collecting where the data, we came to the conclusion that: there is a statistically significant correlation between organizational change and job satisfaction in the complex.
