إتجاهات الأساتذة الجامعيين الجزائريين نحو الصمت التنظيمي

Résumé: نسعى من خلال الدراسة الراهنة للبحث في اتجاهات الأساتذة الجامعيين الجزائريين نحو الصمت التنظيمي، وكذا اختبار أثر المتغيرات الديمغرافية على اتجاهاتهم نحوه. حيث تم تطبيق استبيان من 05 أسئلة ديمغرافية 15 بندا تقيس 03 أبعاد للصمت، تراوح ثباتها بين0.867 و0.911، على 269 أستاذا جامعيا. وقد تم التوصل إلى وجود اتجاه سلبي ضعيف بلغ 2.37 نحو الصمت التنظيمي، تراوحت شدته بين 2.28 لبعد صمت الإذعان و3.76 بالنسبة لبعد الصمت الاجتماعي. وقد تحققت جميع الفرضيات الجزئية، وهي تلك المتعلقة بوجود اتجاه سلبي نحو بعدي الصمت الدفاعي وصمت الاذعان، واتجاه ايجابي نحو بعد الصمت الاجتماعي. We seek, through the present study, to research the attitudes of Algerian university teachers towards organizational silence, as well as to test the impact of demographic variables on their attitudes towards it. A questionnaire composed of 05 demographic questions and 15 items measuring 03 dimensions of silence, the reliability of which varied between 0.867 and 0.911, was applied to 269 university professors. It was found that there was a weak negative tendency of 2.37 towards organizational silence, the intensity of which varied between 2.28 for the dimension of conformity silence and 3.76 for the dimension of prosocial silence. All the partial hypotheses were verified, namely those related to the existence of a negative tendency towards the dimensions of defensive silence and acquiescence, and a positive tendency towards the dimension of social silence.
