أهمية تطبيق نظام المعلومات كخيار استراتيجي لإدارة الموارد البشرية: مقاربة نظرية

Résumé: يهدف البحث إلى إبراز مدى أهمية تطبيق نظام المعلومات كخيار استراتيجي لإدارة الموارد البشرية، وذلك بالاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي لإعطاء وصف لمتغيرات الدراسة في إطار مقاربة نظرية، من خلال الإحاطة بالمفاهيم النظرية الأساسية والفكرية المرتبطة بمفهوم نظام المعلومات وعلاقته بإدارة الموارد البشرية. توصل البحث إلى عدة نتائج أهمها؛ أنّ تطبيق نظام المعلومات يدعم فاعلية إدارة الموارد البشرية من خلال معالجة البيانات المتعلقة بالمورد البشري، وتوفير معلومات تستعملها إدارة الموارد البشرية في إنجاز مختلف وظائفها ومهامها بكفاءة وفعالية، مما يستدعي مواكبة التطور التقني في مجال نظم المعلومات، بهدف زيادة كفاءة إدارة الموارد البشرية. The research aims to highlight the importance of applying the information system (IS) as a strategic option for human resource management (HRM), by relying on the descriptive approach to give a description of the study variables within the framework of a theoretical approach, by taking into account the basic theoretical and intellectual concepts related to the concept of information system and its relationship to HRM. The research concluded that The application of the information system supports the effectiveness of HRM by processing data related to the human resource, and providing information used by the human resources department in accomplishing its various functions and tasks efficiently and effectively, which requires keeping pace with technical development in the field of (IS), with the aim of increasing the efficiency of HRM.
