Résumé: This study aimed to identify the role of university business incubators in the success of startups, and before entering the applied part of the study, the conceptual framework of business incubators in general and university business incubators in particular, and StartUps, was presented, in addition to the concept of the support process through two theoretical chapters as a preliminary. For the study, From there, we built a model in order to clarify the relationship between the independent variable academic or university incubators which contains four dimensions (the goal of startups to integrate into the incubator, the importance of the incubator structure for startups, the incubation process, the post- incubation), with the dependent variable, which is the emerging institutions, and in order To answer the study questions and achieve its objectives, the applied study was conducted ed on four (04) university incubators (M'sila, El-Wadi, Ouargla, Constantine), and the nature of the study was qualitative based on structured interviews which included managers The incubators and the owners of start-ups incubated in the incubators under study, in addition to observing the documents, after which the interview data was analyzed in a traditional analysis, from which the results emerged showing the great importance of all the dimensions studied.
