أثر التخطيط الاستراتيجي على متطلبات الجودة الشاملة في التعليم الجامعي من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس _ دراسة تطبيقية جامعة الملك خالد

Résumé: الملخص: هدفت هذه الراسة الى قياس مدى تطبيق التخطيط الاستراتيجي من قبل أعضاء هيئة التدريس في كليات جامعة الملك خالد، كما هدفت الى معرفة الى أي مدى يتم تطبيق محاور إدارة الجودة الشاملة في الكليات من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس. وذلك بالتركيز على ثلاث محاور التي تمثلت في (توصيف المناهج، تطبيق القواعد والأنظمة، استخدام التكنلوجيا المتاحة للأمور التعليمية) كما هدفت أيضا هذه الدراسة الى معرفة مدى أثر مفهوم التخطيط الاستراتيجي على عناصر إدارة الجودة الشاملة في كليات جامعة الملك خالد. وعليه تم اخذ عينة للدراسة المكون من أعضاء هيئة التدريس في كليات جامعة الملك خالد وكان حجمها 114 من مجتمع حجمه تقريبا 1650 أي ان العينة تمثل 7% من المجتمع. اما عن الخصائص العامة للعينة فأن 54% ذكور و46% اناث. كما ان 31% معيدون و31% محاضرون و38% دكاترة. بالنسبة لتوزيع سنوات خبرة عينة الدراسة فأن 28% اقل من خمسة سنة، 39% من خمسة سنة الى اقل من خمسة عشرة سنوات، 33% خمسة عشرة سنة فأكثر. Abstract: The purpose of this study is to measure the extent to which strategic planning is applied by faculty members in the faculties of King Khalid University, and it also aimed to know the extent to which the axes of total quality management are applied in the faculties from the viewpoint of the faculty members. By focusing on three axes represented in (curricula description, application of rules and regulations, use of available technology for educational matters), this study also aimed to know the extent of the impact of the concept of strategic planning on the elements of total quality management in the faculties of King Khalid University. Accordingly, a sample was taken for the study, which consisted of faculty members in the faculties of King Khalid University, and its size was 114 from a population of approximately 1650, meaning that the sample represented 7% of the community. As for the general characteristics of the sample, 54% are males and 46% are females. Also, 31% are teaching assistants, 31% are lecturers, and 38% are doctors. Concerning the distribution of years of experience of the study sample, 28% are less than five years, 39% are from five years to less than fifteen years, and 33% are fifteen years and over.
