Résumé: موضوع هذه الدراسة هو دوافع التعديل الدستوري 2020 في الدولة الجزائرية ومدى انعكاسه على إقرار حقوق الإنسان وحرياته الأساسية؛ حيث يتجلى ذلك من خلال تبيان التأصيل المفاهيمي للتعديل الدستوري في الجزائر، عن طريق تعريفه وتوضيح أسباب تعديله التي تمليها الظروف الموضوعية ذات الطابع الداخلي أو الخارجي كسد النقائص التشريعية أو الرغبة في التحول الديموقراطي، أو شخصنة الدساتير، أو الحفاظ على الاستقرار السياسي وامتصاص الأزمات هذا من ناحية، ومن ناحية أخرى تبيان مستجدات التعديل الدستوري 2020 في مجال حقوق الإنسان وحرياته الأساسية، بتحديد تعريفها ومضمونها. The subject of this study is the motives of the 2020 constitutional amendment in the Algerian state and the extent to which it reflects on the recognition of human rights and fundamental freedoms, as this is reflected by demonstrating the conceptual rooting of the constitutional amendment in Algeria, by defining it and clarifying the reasons for its amendment dictated by objective circumstances of an internal or external nature such as blocking legislative shortcomings or the desire for democratic transition, or the characterization of constitutions Or maintain political stability and absorb crises on the one hand, and on the other hand, reflect the developments of the 2020 Constitutional Amendment in the field of human rights and fundamental freedoms, by defining their definition and content.
