قياس التمكين الاقتصادي للمرأة العربية من خلال مؤشر المرأة وانشطة الاعمال والقانون2021
Résumé: هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى قياس التمكين الاقتصادي للمرأة العربية من خلال مؤشر المرأة وأنشطة الأعمال والقانون 2021. بحيث سمح التحليل العنقودي بتصنيف الدول العربية حسب مركبات هذا المؤشر إلى أربع مجموعات مختلفة حيث ضمت المجموعة الأولى عشر دول عربية سجلت أعلى القيم. وسمحت المقارنة بملاحظة وجود اختلافات كبيرة بين هذه الدول من حيث الإصلاحات القانونية التي ساهمت في تحسين هذا المؤشر وكانت أهمها على الاطلاق تلك التي شملت الأجور مع ملاحظة ضعفا كبيرا في المشاركة الاقتصادية للمرأة العربية. وسجل المؤشر تحسنا كبيرا خاصة في الامارات العربية المتحدة والمملكة العربية السعودية، في حين لازال الهدف بعيدا في كل من اليمن وقطر والسودان وعمان. The objective of the study was to measure the economic empowerment of Arab women through the 2021 Women, Business and the Law Index. The cluster analysis classified the Arab States according to the clusters of this indicator into four different groups, with the first group comprising ten Arab States having the highest values. The comparison showed significant differences between these countries in terms of legal reforms that contributed to the improvement of this indicator, the most important of which included wages. The indicator showed significant improvement, particularly in Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates, while the target was still far away in Oman, Qatar, Sudan and Yemen
