La Protection Juridique Internationale Du La Figure De Réfugié Environnemental

Résumé: In recent decades, as the environmental situation around the globe is getting worse, the world's population has been the victim of environmental tragedies for centuries of exploration of nature by man. In 2005, the United Nations University released a report that predicted that by 2010 the world would have more than 50 million refugees. Sometimes, despite the increase in the number of ecological migrants, there is, so far, no international regulation to cope with this situation. The present This article will analyze the concept of refugee and environmental refugee, as well as difficulties in the recognition of ecological migrants as refugees, propose solutions to the problem of environmental refugees. The overall objective of this work is therefore to awaken scholars and law enforcers for the relevance of the topic, as well as to foment the debate in search of solutions to the problem addressed here
