الشركات الناشئة الأكاديمية: دروس من تجارب دولية

Résumé: تتناول هذه الدراسة موضوع الشركات الناشئة الأكاديمية والتي يتم إنشاؤها بواسطة الأصول المملوكة للجامعة، وكذا طرق تقييمها وذلك باستخدام ثلاثة مقاييس رئيسية هي: التمويل والابتكار والحاضنات. تشير النتائج الى أن رأس المال المخاطر هو مؤشر رئيسي لأي شركة ناشئة سريعة النمو وناجحة، وأن الابتكار هو مقياس مهم آخر يشير إلى قدرة الشركة الناشئة على أن تكون في طليعة الشركات، مما يساهم في انشاء منتجات وأفكار وتجارب جديدة، المقياس الثالث الذي يمكن المؤسسات الأكاديمية من اطلاق شركات ناشئة ناجحة هي حاضنات الأعمال المرتبطة بالجامعة. تظهر الأبحاث أن حاضنات الجامعات لها تأثير دائم على نمو الشركات الناشئة، مما يساعد المزيد من الشركات الجديدة على الوصول إلى الريادة. كما تظهر النتائج اتساقا بين المقاييس الثلاثة في التجارب الدولية محل الدراسة. Abstract: In this paper, we will take a look at which The startups that universities those built around university-owned assets. universities produce the most startups using three different metrics: funding, innovation and incubation. We will find that Venture capital is a key indicator of a successful fast-growth startup, and that Innovation is another important metric that indicates a startup's ability to be ahead of the curve, creating new products, ideas and experiences, The third metric for how college can lead to successful startups is university-related business incubators. Research shows that university incubators have a lasting impact on a startup growth, thus helping more new companies reach viability. The results also show consistency between the three measures in the international experiences.
