أثر سلوك موظفي مكاتب الاستقبال على رضا زبائن مؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر لولاية المدية

Résumé: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة أثر سلوك موظفي مكاتب الاستقبال على رضا الزبون في مؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر لولاية المدية، وقد اعتمد الباحثين في هذه الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي وهو الأنسب لمثل هذه المواضيع، كما تمّ الاستعانة الاستبانة كأداة للدراسة وجمع المعلومات، وتمّ توزيعها على عينة الدراسة والمتمثلة في زبائن مؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر لولاية المدية، حيث تمّ توزيع (260) استبانة، استرجعت منها (243) استبانة صالحة للتحليل. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها وجود علاقة ارتباط وتأثير إيجابية بين أبعاد سلوك موظفي مكاتب الاستقبال مجتمعة (إمكانية تقديم الخدمة وحسن الاستقبال، أسلوب تقديم الخدمة والسرية في التعامل، الشفافية وسرعة الإنجاز) ورضا الزبون. This study aimed to find out the impact of the behavior of reception office staff on customer satisfaction in Algeria Telecom for the state of Medea, and the researchers relied in this study on the descriptive analytical approach, which is the most appropriate for such topics, and the questionnaire was used as a tool for study and information collection, and it was distributed to the study sample represented by the customers of Algeria Telecom for the state of Medea, where (260) questionnaires were distributed, from which (243) questionnaires valid for analysis were retrieved. The study found a set of results, the most important of which is the existence of a positive correlation and influence between the dimensions of the behavior of reception office staff combined (the possibility of providing service and good reception, the style of service delivery and confidentiality in dealing, transparency and speed of delivery) and customer satisfaction.
